1. ห้องประชุมกลุ่มย่อย จะเปิดให้บริการในแต่ละวัน ตามชั้นที่มี การเรียน - การสอน เท่านั้น
2. นักศึกษาสามารถจองห้องได้ ไม่เกิน 3 ชั่วโมง ต่อ 1 วัน
3. ห้องประชุมกลุ่มย่อย สามารถจองห้อง ล่วงหน้า ได้ 1 วัน เท่านั้น
4. เมื่อมาถึงห้องประชุมกลุ่มย่อย กรุณาติดต่อ “เจ้าหน้าที่ลูกค้าสัมพันธ์” (Customer Service) เพื่อแจ้งให้ เปิดแอร์ – เปิดไฟ (จะไม่เปิดไว้ให้ล่วงหน้า)
5. หากนักศึกษามาใช้ห้องล่าช้า เกิน 15 นาที การจองจะถือเป็นการสละสิทธิ์ (ในกรณีที่พบว่าห้องยังว่างอยู่ บุคคลอื่นสามารถเข้าใช้ห้องได้ทันที)
1. Syndicate rooms are available each day only on floors where classes are being held.
2. Students may reserve a room for no more than 3 hours per day.
3. Syndicate rooms may be reserved only 1 day in advance.
4. Upon arrival at the syndicate room, please contact the Customer Service to request activation of the air conditioning and lighting. (These will not be turned on in advance.)
5. If a student arrives more than 15 minutes late, the reservation will be cancelled. (Should the room be found unoccupied, others may use it immediately.)
